Kurija Mihalović is located in Feričanci, at the foot of the slopes of Papuk and Krndija (126 m/a.s.l.), surrounded by forests, vineyards and fields. The hotel is a renovated 18th-century building that retains original features newly restored to tell the tale of times past, thereby connecting the rich historical heritage with contemporary luxury.

The Ergović family has been breeding purebred horse breeds at the Feričanci Stud Farm since November 2020; the Nexe Equestrian Club was founded in March 2021.
